Gadgets run gamut from head to feet

For Kellee White and Deirdre Hade, the next big idea—My Angel Pillow—was the making of a dream. White had a nightmare, grabbed her pillow and pretended it was an angel. The next day, she visited her friend Hade, an artist painting angels in the City of Angels.
The result: soft pastel pillows embossed with a host of protective angels.
“Comfort and security,” said White of Los Angeles. “You can never have enough angels.”

Designed to be cuddled and offer comfort, the My Angel Pillow was created by two California moms for children and older adults, but they also make cute gifts for new moms and teachers. The soft, sculptured pillow is machine washable and dryable. It’s stuffed with hypo-allergenic polyester fiber. The pillows come in different colors that represent different virtues (purple is hope, light blue is peace, green is grace and so on).
